Yes! Palmetto Road LVP floors are waterproof against topical spills and featured a textured finish with a urethane ceramic bead finish for added protection against scratches.

Our luxury vinyl plank collections do not have an attached underlayment pad.  It is not necessary for installation, however, underlayment does provide additional comfort underfoot and sound abatement.
